Accord is search & selection company established in 1993 with business focus on positions like:

Our strength is experience and way of work in purpose to hire an appropriate candidate through Search & Selection and Direct Search.

Within 2-3 days after the contract is signed we present agreed number of candidates to the client. Each candidate presented passes the foreign language and computer skills exam, as well as goes through professional interview with our consultant. We maintain database that includes couple of thousands candidates, which is updated on daily basis.

Our fee is paid after the recruiting project is done (success fee), so there is no need to make a prepayment and is calculated both based on monthly salary of recruited candidate and the guarranty time agreed.
